TL;DR

Director of Shopify (DTC): Own and scale the Shopify channel end-to-end as a major revenue driver with an accent on technical infrastructure, CRO, analytics, and lifecycle marketing. Focus on optimizing conversion funnels, building advanced dashboards, launching products, and leading a specialized team.

Location: United Kingdom, fully remote with flexible scheduling aligned to PST

What you will do

  • Own and scale the Shopify channel, driving revenue, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
  • Manage Shopify ecosystem including themes, integrations, site performance, and infrastructure.
  • Lead product launches with optimized pages, bundles, subscriptions, and merchandising.
  • Drive CRO through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data experimentation.
  • Build analytics dashboards for traffic, conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Execute lifecycle marketing strategies via email/SMS for retention and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and establish scalable processes and SOPs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Shopify team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling Shopify stores in DTC brands with impact on revenue, CVR, AOV, LTV, retention.
  • Strong expertise in Shopify: themes, Liquid, apps, integrations, platform capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in analytics, CRO, A/B testing, performance optimization, dashboard building.
  • Deep experience with Klaviyo for segmentation, automation, revenue attribution.
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel/event implementation across channels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and intrapreneurial ownership mindset.
  • Leadership experience or readiness to build and manage teams.

  • Experience in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated DTC categories.
