What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features, including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct user research to understand financial workflows and user needs
• Translate complex financial requirements into intuitive product experiences and user journeys
• Create and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes validated through user testing
• Develop effective data visualizations for actionable financial insights
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams
• Contribute to the design system and facilitate workshops for alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in designing dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization interfaces
• Strong user-centered design principles, UX research, and iterative methodologies
• Ability to simplify complex financial or technical concepts
• Full design lifecycle experience from discovery to delivery
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent, and design systems at scale
