Location: Hybrid role based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ – mix of in-person collaboration and remote work required.

Salary: $260,000–$291,200

What you will do

• Own strategic roadmap for Identity, Community, and Commerce domains, sequencing work and managing dependencies across multiple squads.
• Develop frameworks translating business needs into clear problem statements and decision criteria for consistent brand experiences.
• Define and track domain KPIs, guardrails, instrumentation, and total cost of ownership calculations.
• Drive execution toward MVP scope, rollout readiness, and risk management across dependencies.
• Oversee vendor relationships to align external roadmaps with internal needs.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and PMs to align their backlogs with domain strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management experience owning platform/shared services in Identity/Auth, Subscription Lifecycles, or Community/UGC
• Proven track record aligning diverse stakeholders on priorities across multi-team dependencies
• Exceptional product judgment, analytical rigor, and ability to build decision narratives under uncertainty
• Expertise translating partner needs into high-quality PRDs and user stories to boost engineering velocity
