What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and deliver results.
• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Manage tagging, tracking, and reporting with analytics platforms.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulations.
• Coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or related role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Familiarity with Responsys, Silverpop, MessageGears, or SendGrid.
• Experience with Litmus, Sparkpost, or Movable Ink.
• Understanding of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of AmpScript or similar; SQL is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
