What you will do

• Complete purchase requests by verifying specs and placing orders with vendors
• Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Analyze processes, identify improvements in procurement workflow, and standardize them
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery
• Contribute to supply chain strategies, shortage resolutions, and vendor relationships
• Assist with training materials and review production reports for issues

Requirements

• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or planning, preferably in consumer products
• Deep understanding of procurement standards and best practices
• Experience executing purchase requests, manual processes; automation experience a plus
• Highly organized, independent, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication; ERP experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle Cloud)
