Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI) (Generative AI/NLP): Develop and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, multimodal applications, and end-to-end ML solutions with an accent on generative models, agentic workflows, and production operationalization. Focus on designing scalable reasoning systems, fine-tuning transformer and diffusion models, deploying cloud-based AI pipelines, and translating complex AI outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
Location: Colombia or Chile; remote/office work options

What you will do
- Design and implement generative AI and agentic solutions, including autonomous multi-agent systems, intelligent assistants, and agentic RAG pipelines.
- Build and operationalize end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data analysis, experimentation, fine-tuning, and cloud deployment.
- Orchestrate agentic workflows with LangGraph or CrewAI for complex reasoning, data analysis, and autonomous decision-making.
- Develop multimodal solutions for language generation, text synthesis, and image creation using generative and diffusion models.
- Research, prototype, and deliver scalable deep learning solutions across NLP and agentic AI from experimentation through production.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clients, translating complex AI outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, NLP, transformer models, LLMs, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Understanding of diffusion models, generative frameworks, multi-agent system design, and autonomous decision-making.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and knowledge of the full ML lifecycle and model operationalization.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required, both spoken and written.

- Familiarity with Big Data solutions and advanced data tools in cloud environments.
