What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify use cases and implement voice AI into innovative customer solutions with engineers.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for seamless technology fit.
• Guide customers on best practices for voice and audio AI implementation.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Build demos and scope applications in new industries globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a technical capacity (including student clubs or side projects)
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and demos
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to summarize complex concepts
• Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability across customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models
