What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year IT initiatives across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Partner with leaders to define product vision and deliver measurable value for growth and efficiency.
• Prioritize features, balance short- and long-term delivery, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Implement modernization initiatives like cloud migration, system consolidation, and ERP/CRM transformations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT program/product management or related leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM like Salesforce, data & analytics)
• Demonstrated success in change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, IT, or equivalent experience; certifications like PMP, CSM preferred
