What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including VMs, networking, and storage
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for infrastructure, applications, and services
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Assist with Azure deployments, configurations, and migrations
• Maintain security, access controls, and compliance in Azure
• Collaborate with teams to improve performance and reliability
• Create technical documentation and support automation with PowerShell or Azure CLI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in IT support, systems engineering, or cloud operations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, networking, storage)
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows/Linux environments
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management
• Proficiency in PowerShell or scripting languages

Nice to have

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate)
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
