Requirements

• 0–2 years formal IT training or equivalent work experience in IT support.
• Good communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to provide on-site and on-call 7x24x365 support as needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and work within a team environment.
• Troubleshooting skills with creative, outside-the-box thinking.
