What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT support and field service for the local facility, resolving issues not handled by the shared service center.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle, including the deployment, setup, and disposal of obsolete equipment.
• Maintain and support the shop floor IT environment and infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve incident tickets according to established SLAs, escalating to 2nd and 3rd level teams when necessary.
• Use company software distribution packages for PC imaging and setup.
• Conduct IT orientations for new hires and verify that location backups and disaster recovery media are maintained.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of related experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Prior knowledge of Local IT Support.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant or immigrant visas.
• Ability to travel for special projects if required.
