What you will do

• Support senior account management in developing and executing commercial strategies for baby and beauty brands.
• Manage full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
• Oversee smaller accounts, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve distribution goals and implement strategic initiatives.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, product launches, and promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Contribute to commercial process improvements and supply chain metrics for inventory excellence.
