What you will do

• Develop and deploy robust computational pipelines for de novo protein and peptide design.
• Leverage sequence- and structure-based modeling to optimize therapeutic leads.
• Drive iterative design-build-test cycles using experimental data to improve AI models.
• Provide technical leadership, shape AI roadmap, and mentor junior scientists.
• Collaborate with wet-lab and translational teams to translate designs into experiments.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computational Protein Design, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in macromolecular modeling and sequence/structure prediction.
• Expert-level proficiency with AlphaFold, RoseTTAFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, or similar tools.
• Proven collaboration with experimental biologists to validate in silico results in vitro.
• Strong understanding of protein folding, stability, and drug development constraints.
