What you will do

• Lead engineering, structural analysis, and technical specifications for multiple concurrent precast projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycles from award to closeout, including schedules, budgets, and resource forecasting.
• Design precast elements and optimize internal plant improvements, including ancillary structures.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, architects, and agencies like Caltrans.
• Mentor and supervise project engineers and drafters.
• Enforce HSE protocols, quality control, and occasionally represent on jobsites.

Requirements

• Active California Professional Engineering (P.E.) License required.
• Minimum 5 years in precast concrete design and project management in construction or manufacturing.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (RISA-3D, ETABS, SAP2000).
• High proficiency in drafting software, Bluebeam; BIM experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (post-graduate preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, and cross-functional team management.
