Location: Greenville, OH 45331 (onsite, rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Salary: $49,500 - $52,000

What you will do

• Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples using HPLC, GC, particle size analyzer, density meter, viscometer, and other methods.
• Document all analytical data accurately per SOPs and escalate out-of-spec materials to supervisor.
• Manage inventory of consumables like HPLC columns, spare parts, reference standards, and control samples.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements in lab functions.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Must work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays; flexibility for vacation coverage and early training.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, chemical handling, use, storage, and disposal.
• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in science field.
• Proficiency in lab techniques including HPLC and wet chemistry.
• Experience in microbiological analysis.
• Experience with lab equipment.
