Base Salary: $140,000/yr to $220,000/yr + Equity + Benefits

What you will do

• Design, monitor, and improve infrastructure for highly available mortgage transaction processing.
• Build tooling to speed up builds, fix flaky tests, and streamline deploys for developer productivity.
• Maintain code quality, teach best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Resolve incidents quickly and implement systems to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teammates for instant feedback on infrastructure impact.

Requirements

• Experience with systems under pressure, ensuring reliability for high-stakes transactions.
• Proficiency in AWS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Temporal.io, Honeycomb, and Graphite.
• Deep curiosity, high agency, and track record of owning features from design to maintenance.
• Ability to deliver outcomes independently in a fast-scaling environment.
