What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go.
• Architect distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design through production, improving uptime and reducing latency.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues across services.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams.
• Drive engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go, with ability to adopt new languages and frameworks.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, reliable systems with impact on performance and availability.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, RPC services, node infrastructure, or data streaming pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, autonomous operation, and communication skills.
