What you will do

• Lead product design, process development, and support of electromechanical fluid management system across product lifecycle.
• Design and implement next-generation refrigeration and cooling system.
• Select components and design power, control, thermal management, and analog instrumentation circuitry.
• Partner with suppliers on technical design, procurement, and fabrication of components and test fixtures.
• Perform system- and subsystem-level characterization and design verification testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to establish production infrastructure for prototype and production equipment.
• Lead root cause investigations across electrical, mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years or MS with 10+ years of product development experience.
• Extensive experience leading analog/digital circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for complex medical devices.
• Strong expertise in embedded software, particularly C++.
• In-depth knowledge of international medical device standards like IEC 60601.
• Proven experience developing complete medical devices from concept to commercial launch.

Nice to have

• Experience designing refrigeration or cooling systems.
• Experience designing fluid handling systems.
• Experience designing complex medical capital equipment like PFA or HIFU generators.
