TL;DR

Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Pesticides): Developing and managing projects related to pesticide product registration, safety, and compliance with an accent on FIFRA registrations, data generation, and efficacy testing. Focus on preparing and submitting product applications, managing project teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, scope, budget, and schedule.

Location: Hybrid/onsite in Trumbull, CT (must be local); in-office Wednesday & Thursday, remote Monday, Tuesday, Friday; occasional monthly travel to Stamford, CT office.

Salary: $72,800–$93,600 ($35–$45/hour)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage projects for pesticide product registration, safety, and compliance.
  • Support FIFRA registrations for conventional pesticides, including preparing, submitting, and managing applications.
  • Manage multiple product registrations and project teams within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, or related field (required).
  • At least 5 years of experience in pesticide product registration, including preparation and submission of applications, labels, data matrices, etc.
  • Knowledge of federal and state pesticide regulations, including FIFRA, TSCA, Prop 65 (required).
  • Experience managing multiple complex product registration, safety, compliance, or EHS projects (required).
  • Must be local to Trumbull, CT.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in relevant field.
  • Safety, compliance, or EHS practices experience.
