Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education

Location: Missouri, United States

Salary: $78,800–$131,300 annual base pay; geographic differentials may apply. Illinois, Chicago, and Ohio have separate salary ranges. Annual incentive bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead and monitor multiple complex projects from sales through implementation, communicating status through completion.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Curriculum Solutions, Product, Sales, IT, Support, and other cross-functional partners.
• Develop project plans, schedules, documentation, risk logs, milestones, deliverables, and performance reports.
• Facilitate meetings, align expectations, negotiate resource allocation, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Address customer issues and training requirements with Product and Support teams.
• Evaluate and improve workflows, business processes, and post-project effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience with health information systems, technology, or an equivalent area.
• Knowledge of project planning tools including Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated project delivery skills, including planning milestones, managing resources, reporting status, and mitigating risks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of different sizes and durations in an agile working environment.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating resources to troubleshoot and diagnose complex project issues.
