What you will do

• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies to reduce coding, coverage, and payment barriers.
• Partner with Sales to align tactics with commercial goals.
• Create reimbursement tools and education for physicians, coders, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Lead CMS Transitional Pass-Through Payment education and training for accounts and teams.
• Conduct onsite meetings on coding and billing for interventional oncology procedures.
• Build and present value propositions to CFOs to drive therapy adoption.
• Audit claims and maintain expertise in payer landscapes and competitive strategies.
• Build payer relationships and communicate market insights to shape strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Health Policy preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare reimbursement management; strong medical device background.
• Oncology and/or interventional radiology experience highly valued.
• Proven matrixed, cross-functional work; executive communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project management, research, and data analysis expertise.
• Leadership creating accountability; comfortable with up to 60% travel.
