Senior Test Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Create transition plans for electronic designs into production and supply chain.
• Lead test equipment and EIS issue resolution for smooth production transitions.
• Develop test equipment including hardware design, programming, and COTS integration.
• Provide specifications and guidance for supplier-developed test equipment.
• Update equipment and software to improve production efficiency.
• Lead cross-site New Product Introduction efforts and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 10 years’ experience with exceptional technical skills.
• Proven troubleshooting of electronic hardware and software assemblies.
• Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Access to United States export-controlled information required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years relevant experience.
• Expertise in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Python, C/C++/C#, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
• Circuit card development and microprocessor programming experience.
