Team Manager (Evening Shift, AGI Data Services): Manage day-to-day operations of data labeling team for speech and language ML solutions powering Alexa with an accent on performance monitoring, quality assurance, productivity optimization, and workflow scheduling. Focus on developing schedules, providing feedback, implementing process improvements via Kaizen/six sigma/lean, and mitigating operational risks.

Location: GBR, London (onsite, evening shift Monday-Friday)

What you will do

• Manage daily job assignments, monitor adherence, volume, performance, and quality
• Support hiring and training of new associates
• Maximize productivity through supervision, analysis, and periodic feedback
• Develop weekly work schedules balancing workflows and priorities
• Liaise with program management and global teams to manage risks and mitigations
• Track quality/utilization metrics, file tickets, and resolve productivity blocks

Requirements

• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Bachelor's degree or advanced education/experience in leadership/management
• Experience understanding and developing performance metrics/KPIs

Nice to have

• Experience with process improvement tools (Kaizen, six sigma, lean)
• Leadership in coaching, performance management, and diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills and handling operational escalations
• Experience with speech and language technology
• Fluency in German, French, or Italian
