What you will do

• Implement the Excelitas Operating System locally and define the site's Lean Six Sigma roadmap.
• Lead strategic deployment meetings to align corporate strategy with operations and functions.
• Conduct Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and process optimization projects.
• Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and employees to build continuous improvement capabilities.
• Track and report CI project performance using SQDCP metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost, people).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality for cross-functional improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field (master's preferred).
• At least 10 years in manufacturing/operations, including 5+ years in CI or lean leadership.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
