What you will do

• Serve as reliable point of contact for all payroll inquiries through email, live chat, and video calls.
• Provide advanced support for complex issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, and Finance teams for timely resolutions within SLAs.
• Create and update documentation, participate in shadowing to share knowledge.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve escalated customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in a payroll customer service role.
• Robust understanding of regulatory requirements and advanced payroll knowledge in specific jurisdictions.
• Excellent problem-solving and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; experience with English as standardized language, Zendesk, Slack, Notion.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Keen interest in continuous learning in payroll.
