B2B Marketing - North America Generalist

Location: Remote-first from anywhere in North America with ability to operate in PT or ET timezones. Optional work from offices in New York or San Francisco.

What you will do

• Develop partner co-marketing programs, such as joint events at conferences like CCW using shared MDF budgets.
• Create customer case studies and advocacy content to accelerate sales deals.
• Identify and engage key customers and partners to build genuine public advocacy from users to executives.
• Measure program effectiveness and report results to leadership.
• Set priorities and execute rapidly in a role built from scratch with minimal process.

Requirements

• Experience running partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at high-growth B2B companies.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills to shape narratives for case studies, keynotes, and various audiences.
• Knowledge of building enterprise-scale advocacy: selecting partners, earning trust, simplifying participation.
• Ability to measure impact and communicate results clearly.
• Thrive in autonomous, fast-paced environment without heavy processes.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling.
