Founding Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote globally; working hours aligned with US business hours, from 8 am to 5 pm New York time (2 pm to 11 pm CET).

What you will do

• Build and own the marketing function from scratch as the first marketing hire.
• Generate pipeline and support the sales process through closed deals.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and an AI-built and AI-operated website.
• Set up and test AI-driven outbound campaigns and agentic research workflows.
• Build ICP models, score leads, and enrich account data.
• Run weekly test-and-learn cycles across channels, tracking pipeline, conversion, and CAC.

Requirements

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience with familiarity with the US market.
• Practical experience running AI and agentic workflows in marketing.
• Ability to own the full marketing process independently and work with agencies and contractors.
• Fluent English and Russian required.
• Willingness to work US business hours required.
