Salary: USD $81,600 - $102,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Partner with creative teams to define scalable enterprise processes for content workflows, digital asset management, CMS, and tooling like Airtable and Workfront.
- Design and document workflows improving efficiency, governance, content reuse, and global scalability; define user stories, acceptance criteria, and metadata structures.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and initiatives as functional or release train lead, owning backlog prioritization and business alignment.
- Translate transformation goals into product roadmaps, champion change management, and ensure governance and compliance.
- Manage Agile backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead UAT, and partner with stakeholders for prioritization and consultative guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or digital platform roles.
- Experience designing enterprise workflows and business process transformations; supporting creative, marketing, or content teams.
- Expertise in requirements definition, user stories, backlog ownership in Agile/SAFe; DAM, CMS, workflow platforms.
- Ability to lead initiatives independently; strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder skills.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Office, process modeling tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe platforms (Creative Cloud, AEM), metadata strategies, taxonomy, content governance.
- Knowledge of web analytics, cloud-based environments.
- Background in media, entertainment, consumer brands, global content operations.
