What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
• Provide support for product implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with development teams on design, issues, and solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and UAT.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, training, and project management tasks.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis skills for identifying needs and recommending solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and Salesforce platform.
• Decision making, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of software engineering, change requests, problem management, and product business aspects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other modules experience.
• Agile certification and onshore/offshore team experience.
• Strong data ingestion processes, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platforms Foundations Certification.
