Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 Annually

What you will do

• Gather and translate business/user requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for low code platform development.
• Facilitate client requirements elicitation, create documentation like wireframes and change requests, and support technical integration.
• Groom product backlog, organize Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track team velocity, communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and update Jira for transparency.
• Regulate change processes and support QA/testing to verify requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 8+ years experience (or commensurate)
• 5+ years as Scrum Master / Certified SAFe Agilist
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, ServiceNow
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• US Citizenship required for EPA Public Trust clearance
