What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of Risk Placement professionals, aligning with company goals.
• Oversee marketing, underwriting, and placement of new business accounts from Sales Team.
• Develop placement strategies, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers' marketing and underwriting staff.
• Resolve complex client and internal inquiries on coverage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Management for efficient workflows and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of commercial insurance experience with knowledge of products, markets, and coverages.
• Active Property/Casualty insurance license required.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage complex workflows.
• Flexible work schedule with occasional off-hours support; High School diploma or GED (college preferred).
