What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a 4-person growth team focused on mobile gaming performance and strategy
  • Own growth deliverables across multiple mobile game projects, defining strategies for UA, ASO, monetization, retention, and analytics
  • Conduct high-impact growth audits and strategic consulting for key clients
  • Provide hands-on expertise in critical accounts and improve internal processes, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Contribute to commercial decisions, service development, and client scoping

Requirements

  • Strong background in mobile gaming growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing leadership
  • Proven experience across multiple mobile game titles or portfolios
  • Deep expertise in at least one growth domain (UA, ASO, monetization, retention, or analytics) with cross-functional knowledge
  • Player-coach ability balancing leadership and hands-on execution
  • Experience mentoring teams in performance-driven environments
  • Strong strategic thinking with execution-oriented mindset; client-facing experience valued
