What you will do

• Develop and manage data-driven UA strategy aligned with company objectives across the portfolio.
• Partner with product and creative teams to design experiments, validate concepts, and optimize launch strategies.
• Manage campaigns across UA channels, ensuring innovation, measurability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams on strategy alignment and reporting for all launch phases.
• Identify new opportunities, trends, and technologies to expand growth and maintain competitive edge.
• Champion AI and automation for campaign performance, creative workflows, and operational efficiencies.
• Mentor junior team members on channel measurement, data utilization, and optimization techniques.
