What you will do
- Develop and manage data-driven UA strategy aligned with company objectives across the portfolio.
- Partner with product and creative teams to design experiments, validate concepts, and optimize launch strategies.
- Manage campaigns across UA channels, ensuring innovation, measurability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams on strategy alignment and reporting for all launch phases.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and technologies to expand growth and maintain competitive edge.
- Champion AI and automation for campaign performance, creative workflows, and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor junior team members on channel measurement, data utilization, and optimization techniques.
Requirements
- Hands-on performance-focused user acquisition and growth experience in mobile gaming industry.
- Deep knowledge of paid channels, UA creative trends, and measurement frameworks with proven scaling results.
- Exceptional project management, execution goal-setting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong creative and analytical instincts for campaign strategy, testing, and experimentation.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, pivoting based on data and market shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex strategies for diverse stakeholders.
