What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand goals and campaign objectives into executable content plans.
- Plan, review, and execute social media content aligned with brand voice, visual guidelines, and timelines.
- Own content scheduling, publishing, and hands-on execution including hashtags, links, and basic community monitoring.
- Monitor performance, prepare summaries, and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to optimize strategies.
- Support email marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation and curation.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter, including algorithms and best practices.
- Expertise in analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
- Trend-spotting ability and adaptability to platform changes.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles; preferably handle multiple clients.
