Salary: $800 - $1,100 a month

What you will do

• Create and edit high-quality marketing assets and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling and direct outreach to influencers, venues, and partners via email and social media.
• Maintain visual consistency across all branding and execute design iterations efficiently.
• Build and manage contact lists for outreach campaigns.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events and activations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Philippines or South Africa.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience with cold calling, outbound sales, or outreach.
• Confident communication skills for daily outreach to new contacts.
• Strong eye for design and branding.
• Passion for pop music and entertainment culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp or similar CRM tools.
• Experience using Notion, Trello, or Asana for task management.
