What you will do

• Lead Cyber Defense Engineering by designing and operating a hyper-automated SecOps function across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Architect security controls specifically for AI-native risks, including large-scale data pipelines and model training environments.
• Execute an enterprise-wide IAM strategy based on Zero Trust principles and passwordless authentication.
• Align technical cloud architecture with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of security engineers and identity architects.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of security experience with meaningful leadership in high-growth SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Deep expertise in Security Engineering and Operations, including detection pipelines and incident response automation.
• Proven track record in designing IAM strategies and Zero Trust architectures.
• Practical experience securing multi-cloud workloads (AWS, GCP, Azure) using tools like Wiz, Google SecOps, Sentinel, and CrowdStrike.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2.
• Must be based in the US in one of the specified hub cities.
