What you will do

• Lead the digital marketing team, overseeing content creation, publishing, success tracking, and scaling.
• Moderate authors across departments for videos, success stories, social media posts, and expert articles.
• Manage publishing on Microsoft AppSource, social media channels, and websites generating leads.
• Oversee video studio operations and ensure editorial calendar aligns with growth targets.
• Scale processes, train team members, conduct bi-weekly check-ins, and hire new specialists.
• Act as role model and coach, fostering employee development and fun work environment.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Experience leading a marketing team.
• Enthusiasm for disruptive digital marketing and systematic scaling of business cases.
• Eloquence, confident appearance, and polished manners for interactions with partners and customers.
• Strong German and English skills.
