TL;DR

Associate Product Manager - UPL (Fintech): Support delivery of product initiatives for unsecured personal loans platform with an accent on billing, decisioning systems, and lending journey. Focus on shaping solutions with engineers, backlog management, and improving scalability and robustness.

Location: Hybrid in London office 2-3 days a week, option to work abroad up to 120 days a year (subject to right to work in the country).

What you will do

• Support delivery of product initiatives from discovery to launch, turning problems into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to shape solutions and maintain delivery momentum.
• Gather requirements, clarify priorities, and align teams on goals.
• Manage backlog, planning, and day-to-day coordination for product work.
• Spot gaps, structure ambiguous problems, and support decisions considering customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Build understanding of product area using data and feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in product or related role with exposure to product and technology teams.
• Worked with cross-functional teams to deliver projects or features.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers on technical discussions.
• Solid product fundamentals for structured problem-solving.
• Organized, proactive, curious, and adaptable with focus on impact and trade-offs.
• Ready for ownership and growth in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or regulated industry.
