Senior Product Manager (Us Loans)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (US Loans): Defining strategy, shipping features, and driving outcomes end-to-end for US personal loans with an accent on credit models, automations, and data-driven initiatives. Focus on using LLMs to aid with customer service, A/B testing customer journeys, and improving the post-origination experience.

Location: The team spans our London office, European remote engineers, and our Arlington, Virginia office near DC.

What you will do

• Get proprietary credit models into production, working with data science to turn research into real lending decisions.
• Design and build automations that make the operations team dramatically more efficient.
• Use data to ideate the most valuable initiatives that could improve credit quality, reduce losses, help the customer, or grow volume.
• Figure out how best to use LLMs to intelligently aid with customer service, servicing, collections.
• Improve the post-origination experience, including payments and customer support.
• Lead the team, aligning and motivating everyone around you, continuously improving the tools and processes we use to deliver at speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 2 in a product management role.
• 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
• You’re a highly curious, systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact.
• You've built with AI - agents, workflows, code generation, analysis. Show us what.
• Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
• Comfortable with data and SQL - you know what questions to ask, and you answer them yourself.
