TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (US Loans): Owning multiple product areas to support the expansion of US Personal Loans, defining strategy, shipping features, and driving outcomes end-to-end with an accent on getting proprietary credit models into production and designing automations. Focus on using data to ideate valuable initiatives and figuring out how best to use LLMs to intelligently aid with customer service, servicing, collections.
Location: The team spans our London office, European remote engineers, and our Arlington, Virginia office near DC.

What you will do
- Get proprietary credit models into production, working with data science to turn research into real lending decisions.
- Design and build automations that make the operations team dramatically more efficient.
- Use data to ideate the most valuable initiatives that could improve credit quality, reduce losses, help the customer, or grow volume.
- Figure out how best to use LLMs to intelligently aid with customer service, servicing, collections.
- Improve the post-origination experience, including payments and customer support.
- Lead the team, aligning and motivating everyone around you, continuously improving the tools and processes we use to deliver at speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 2 in a product management role.
- 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
- Experience building with AI, including agents, workflows, code generation, and analysis.
- Comfortable with data and SQL.

Hiring process
- Intro call (remote) - 30 min with our talent team (~Week 1)
- Product chat (remote) - 45 min with the Head of Product to discuss your background and how you think about product (~Week 2)
- Take-home exercise (remote) - a practical product challenge in your own time, followed by a video debrief (~Week 2-3)
