What you will do

• Collaborate with engagement managers, partner teams, and Professional Services to validate scope, design solutions, and create technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Act as technical advisor on strategic partner-led engagements, conduct discovery sessions, provide guidance, troubleshooting, and manage escalations.
• Champion AI integration in partner solutions, advise on AI/ML best practices, and create thought leadership content on AI-powered use cases.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, certifications, enablement content, QA models, and lead audits for partner solutions.
• Establish technical standards, templates, and frameworks; identify trends for productization; influence product roadmap and partnership strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of proven experience designing and implementing complex hirify.global deployments across use cases.
• 1+ years of experience working with partner ecosystems or systems integrators.
• Must be hirify.global Builder, Admin, and AI certified.
• AI fluency with understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI tools, and ability to articulate AI enhancements to workflows.
• Strong understanding of business workflows, process mapping tools (LucidChart, Visio, Miro), technical documentation, and stakeholder influence.
