What you will do

• Manage team of admins and developers, focusing on career development, skill gaps, and high-performance culture.
• Track KPIs for engineering velocity, deployment success, and platform health to drive improvements.
• Identify and bridge gaps in workflows from intake to deployment and documentation.
• Optimize resources, balance workloads, and remove roadblocks in development pipeline.
• Evaluate and implement DevOps, monitoring, and QA tools for platform stability.
• Own Salesforce environment health, uptime, CI/CD pipeline, and quality governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years people management experience leading technical experts in high-growth.
• Data-centric mindset with ability to build dashboards and reports for team health.
• 5+ years Salesforce experience with technical literacy in declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Experience scaling engineering processes using metrics for performance improvement.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum) and Git version control.
• Agile expertise with Jira for performance data and metrics.
• Change management skills to influence teams with data-backed arguments.
