What you will do

• Develop and implement technology roadmaps tailored to project needs.
• Identify risks and report to management while acting as technical art reference for the team.
• Provide solutions to complex technical issues and optimize content for memory and performance.
• Contribute to asset development, rendering, models, shaders, and textures as needed.
• Communicate effectively, encourage team dialogue, and stay current with graphics trends including generative AI.

Requirements

• Proficient in English to collaborate in an international environment.
• Solid experience as Technical Art Director on AAA/AA multiplayer productions using Unreal Engine 5 across pre-production to early stages.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine features (Nanite, Chaos, Landscape, Blueprint, Megalights, Insights) and realistic art workflows/pipelines.
• Experience with world-building: level art, destruction (Chaos), lighting, props, level design, landscapes, water.
• Strong skills in performance optimization, pipelines, replication; proficient in 3D software (Blender, 3DS Max, Substance Designer, Maya) and generative AI tools (ComfyUI, MidJourney).
• Solid scripting (Maxscript, Python) and comfort with AI models (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT); versatile with synthesis and interpersonal skills.
