What you will do

• Lead overarching technical design and architecture aligned with mission-critical objectives.
• Provide strategic direction, integrate best practices, and oversee technical documentation including diagrams and governance standards.
• Design, develop, and document cloud-based data collection services and large-scale capabilities.
• Evaluate and integrate AI, ML, and cloud technologies to enhance security and agility.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
• Mentor teams, conduct architectural reviews for federal security compliance, and foster inclusive engineering environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
• 10+ years in systems architecture
• Proven experience designing cloud-based data collection capabilities
• 5+ years leading innovation in technical collection deployments
• Experience architecting AI/ML/cloud solutions in OSINT or mission contexts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Nice to have

• Professional architecture certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading architecture teams in Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC
• Data engineering pipelines and large-scale data processing architectures
• Commitment to diverse technical teams through inclusive mentorship
