What you will do

• Execute standardized procedures for 100% quality installation of systems and mechanical assembly on aircraft structures
• Deliver work per quality requirements and instructions in a team environment
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale
• Complete functional testing of assemblies and handle Class A surfaces with touch-up painting
• Sign off completed work and train new employees
• Contribute to positive work environment aligned with company values

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
• 2+ years relevant assembly or hand tool operation experience
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Execute working methods with hand tools for quality and efficiency
• Physical ability to stand extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Nice to have

• Aircraft structure assembly experience
• Technical degree or certification in aviation assembly, mechanics, or maintenance
• Experience with ISO/AS9100 standards
