What you will do
- Monitor performance and availability of all IT infrastructure, including network, backup & storage, cloud services, data centers, and customer products.
- Handle incoming calls/emails from teams, customers, vendors, or employees.
- Diagnose and fix user desktop issues or escalate via ticketing.
- Ensure incident management processes and SLAs are followed.
- Participate in change control and releases.
- Administer service requests, official communications, ticket management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Good English language and communication skills (oral and written).
- Working knowledge of Help Desk/Customer Support operations.
- Knowledge of IT standards for servers, infrastructure, and basic networks.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- University degree or relevant experience.
