What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and make technical decisions for applications, leading large projects to scalable, secure outcomes.
• Write well-designed, tested, readable code and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Collaborate across teams, build relationships, coach peers, and foster communicative culture.
• Champion agile practices, CI/CD, TDD, and continuous improvement in product delivery.
• Partner with designers and product managers to scope, design, and iteratively deliver solutions.
• Provide on-call support for deployments and maintenance; leverage AI tools for development acceleration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise software development, preferably FinTech (banking, lending, payments).
• Strong experience with component-based web apps using Angular/React, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and design systems.
• Hands-on with AI code tools (Claude, Codex) including prompt engineering and code validation.
• Proficiency in .NET (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET WebForms/MVC/WebAPI), Visual Studio.
• Database expertise: T-SQL, ADO.NET, SQL Server, caching, performance tuning.
• Azure DevOps, TFS/VSTS, Azure cloud; APIs, microservices, event-driven systems.
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban), TDD, CI; software security best practices; strong collaboration skills.
