What you will do

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and negotiate outcomes for insurance clients.
• Develop phased transformation roadmaps connecting people, processes, and technology.
• Perform business analysis on complex transformation programs, gathering, prioritizing, and validating requirements via workshops.
• Contribute to practice development through proposition creation, sales support, and thought leadership like white papers.
• Bridge business and technical requirements, using AI tools to enhance productivity across project lifecycles.
• Work in agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments within matrix organizations.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in General Insurance with strong years of experience
• Full project lifecycle business analysis experience in consultancy or insurance industry
• Hands-on agile (Scrum) experience and ability to facilitate user workshops
• Proficient in MS Visio, MS Office (especially Excel), and communication skills
• Degree educated or recognized business professional qualification
• Willing to travel to client sites across UK & Ireland Mon-Fri
