What you will do

• Deliver product strategy, vision, and roadmap in collaboration with Senior Product Manager.
• Manage team backlog, prioritize user stories, and coordinate dependencies across Agile teams.
• Detail features with acceptance criteria, validate delivery against Definition of Done, and conduct demos for stakeholders.
• Facilitate iteration planning, retrospectives, and SAFe cadences like PI Planning and Sprint Planning.
• Work with solution architects, UI/UX, and content teams to ensure seamless feature releases.
• Maintain artifacts like product roadmap and program Kanban for leadership communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product development or as Product Owner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe/Scrum, 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and JIRA.
• Proven success in defining, delivering, and launching products using data analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
• Technical and business operations knowledge.

Nice to have

• SAFe Product Owner certification.
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management.
