What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Analyze business processes and customer journeys to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate systems like CRM, APIs, and webhooks for reliable data flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance and customer-facing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and RPA, document processes, provide training, and report on metrics like efficiency gains and CSAT.

Requirements

• Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and automation logic.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data structures (JSON, XML), CRM systems, and customer support environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript) or experience with AI/chatbots.
